The EWBS methodology can structure work so that the enterprise can reach such diverse objectives as lowering costs, reducing absenteeism, improving morale, eliminating work jurisdictional disputes, and lowering scrap factors. Building an EWBS is an art rather than a science that requires experience and techniques, as well as an understanding of the enterprise’s needs.
