The PBMIS is a budget, cost, and schedule data and information management and reporting system that employs an earned value technique to support project business management in monitoring and controlling portfolios, programs, and projects. The PBMIS is a decision support system that aids the EPMO and other business units in effectively guiding a portfolio, program, or project to completion.
