This appendix provides some details of the research project that I undertook to explore belonging in organizations and to interrogate and validate the content of my book. It outlines the aims and methodology of the research project, describes the themes that emerged from the responses, and gives some supplementary information, including the preamble to the interviews, the questions asked, and a visualization of the findings.
