About the Interactive DVD
This book includes an interactive DVD that I hope you will find both informative and a whole lot of fun. The DVD is loaded with audio material that you will want to take time to listen to, appreciate, and study. We recommend that you use a DVD player on your home or school entertainment system with a speaker array that will replicate the soundtracks appropriately. Even though you can use the DVD drive on your personal computer, you will not receive the fullness of the sound because conventional system monitor speakers cannot reproduce it.
When the DVD is started, the main menu will come up on your screen. There are ten primary button choices:
