Prerequisites

• A skilled FMEA facilitator

  • The FMEA facilitator should have a good understanding of the FMEA procedure and the ability to guide the discussion and keep it on track. This role is often supported by a team manager or lead, but it may also be an independent facilitator if warranted by the FMEA focus area or team dynamics.
