This chapter is about basic interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Learning to communicate well is crucial to being successful in your job and in your personal life. All problems can be viewed as communication problems. In an office, two people who don’t like each other simply haven’t taken responsibility for learning how to communicate and overcome their disagreements.
