One useful service that consultants can provide to clients is helping them think through the barriers and drivers of change in their organization, especially when clients choose to implement solutions themselves. Our advice can add a lot of value in this challenging area. One reason implementation is so difficult is that all organizations have a natural tendency to resist change.
