It has been 12 months since you started. What should your daily schedule look like? What should you emphasize?

The first year flew by. As you’ll read in section three, the first 12 months of any transformation are intense and rewarding, filled with success and failure. Table 9-1 details the expected percentage of time allocated around the yearly anniversary of the transformation.
