The Future Is Now
I am going to be more speculative in this final chapter because the future is upon us. I don’t know what will happen any more than the next person, but I do want to explore what I see in this immediate reality. Whether I am right in detail or not, no matter what happens, as principal you will need all the skills of the three roles of change that I have developed in this book.
I don’t think there has ever been a time when the circumstances for the role of the principal have been more volatile.
