As we explore the various types of procrastinators, you’ll probably recognize yourself in every one of them, because most of us have pieces of all of the types within ourselves. We’re all composed of many different feelings and emotions. For instance, we all worry from time to time: We worry that we might offend someone. We worry that we’ll say the wrong thing, or that we won’t know what to say. We worry about failing in our enterprise. But some individuals worry so much that it becomes chronic; it becomes an identity. I call this type of procrastinator the chronic worrier.
