Meetings

Have you ever heard the phrase “death by meeting”? Well, it is true, or at least it can be. The true test of a production manager is how well they can facilitate a meeting. A good production manager can do it with a calm demeanor, in an acceptable amount of time, cover all that is necessary and keep everyone focused on the task at hand throughout. No one ever wants to feel that their time is being wasted or that their topic has not been given its proper attention. This is even more important at the end of a long day or week.
