Pilots have always amazed me. There's the sheer knowledge that a pilot needs to have just to know what all those little buttons, lights, and toggle switches do. There are the pre-flight planning and checklists they go through to make sure they travel safely. There's the tight communication they need to have with air and ground traffic control to make sure they don't crash into another plane.
