I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Pilots have always amazed me. There's the sheer knowledge that a pilot needs to have just to know what all those little buttons, lights, and toggle switches do. There are the pre-flight planning and checklists they go through to make sure they travel safely. There's the tight communication they need to have with air and ground traffic control to make sure they don't crash into another plane. The thing that amazes me most, though, is their ability to keep things under control when unexpected things happen such as turbulence or a mechanical failure.
