What is this about and why is it important?

Project management and change management are natural partners. Many projects result in change, many changes require a project to deliver the components of that change. Unfortunately, project and change managers often act as isolated communities, each separately trying to deliver innovation and enhancements.

Many members of these communities know of, but remain relatively uninformed about, the other. In a business context there are significant gains to be achieved by bringing these communities together.
