Building a project delivery capability
What is this about and why is it important?
This book has journeyed through a range of discussions on project management, with the aim of helping to improve either your own or your organisation’s project management capability. But there is a bigger picture to be drawn in which project management is just one component. I call this a delivery capability.
A (project) delivery capability is the complete set of assets an organisation needs to be able to reliably deliver projects – of which project management is one key component.
