Integrated project management

Project management is a wide-ranging discipline. Depending on the context, history and culture of a project team the approach to delivering projects varies considerably. Anyone who has worked on both software and infrastructure projects soon sees this difference. One important aspect of this is how project management integrates with surrounding disciplines.
