So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The purpose of Step 3 is to ask others for feedback about what you do well as a project manager and what you do less well. In order to find this out, you need to ask your peers, managers, customers, or business partners to assess you in the same manner in which you just assessed yourself.
