THIS BOOK HAS AIMED TO LAY OUT GUIDANCE for project managers on how to make that step from being a basic project manager to having advanced skills. It is intended to sit alongside any other formal knowledge and training you have had in project management mechanics.

The irony is that most of the things in this book are intuitively obvious and far simpler to implement than many advanced project management processes. That does not mean you should ignore them.
