NOW THAT WE’VE SPENT some time getting acquainted with the principle of Worthy Intent and emphasizing the basic need to connect personally with the important aspects of other people regardless of generation—with Principle #2: Care About People’s Goals, Passions and Struggles—we’re in a position to think about how to live Principle #3: Make Every Interaction Matter, with the people we work with as well as with everyone else in some memorable way.
