SO HOW DO WE go about launching a business relationship? While it may feel daunting to some, launching a business relationship with a Colleague is a straightforward approach that aligns with the Relational Agility Process and follows these steps in relation to the first three principles:
1. Lead with a warm approach initially to display Worthy Intent.
2. Ask great questions to develop Credibility to uncover and care about GPS.
3. Use time purposely as the best way to make every interaction matter.
