Although as a remixer you might not have to deal with all the legal intricacies of a full-blown record deal, there are still some contractual issues you might come across during your career. I am obviously not qualified to give legal advice as such and you should definitely consult a lawyer or attorney with any legal questions. The points made in this chapter are merely to make you aware of some of the more obvious and commonplace things you should look for in remix agreements.
