Entries are listed in descending order of publication date to reflect the emergence of restorative development over the past decade. This sampling does not, for the most part, include subjects that have thousands of titles—such as war reconstruction, and the restoration of art, collectibles, antiques, vehicles, homes, etc.—or very specialized less important subjects, such as fence or golf course restoration. Due to publication deadlines for this book, many 2002 books are missing.
