Overview
Company culture, the shared set of behaviors inside of an organization, can either help momentum or stunt its growth. There are various tactics and techniques for figuring out a culture and using it to our advantage for building or maintaining momentum, tactics like minimum standards and data collection.
Is there anything more annoying than working with someone you know isn’t trying?
From your momentum’s perspective there is. When you put in less effort than normal because you look at an underperforming co-worker and think, “at least I’m not them” your momentum is affected.
