Overview

Implementing a Sales Momentum Mindset involves two skills, reducing restraints or increasing effort, or as I call it, releasing the parking brake or revving the engine. In this chapter, we cover a few more tactics to keep sales momentum front of mind. Once the sales momentum mindset takes over, long-term results get easier to visualize and bring to reality.
