It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Story
Lindell was a project manager working on new features for the web component of the company’s online service offering. She had been with the company for many years and, like the rest of her team, had heard of Scrum but had never used it. One day, she was approached by the lead developer, Brian, to use Scrum on her next project. The conversation went something like this.
