Opposites or Partners?

Internally and externally, the second pillar of the new platform for second cycle growth is partnership. In this chapter, I use two different words for partnership: In relation to employees, I talk about partnership; whereas, in dealing with suppliers and other external partners, I use the term networking to express relationships between the organization and other parties that have been designed to support “win-win” relationships.
