A sustainably competent professional is decisive and capable of acting.
Responsibility, emotional intelligence, ethical awareness, passion, and idealism – these are all important characteristics of a sustainably competent professional, and they were all discussed in previous chapters. However, there is one other characteristic without which all these competences are not worth much: the ability to cut the Gordian knot and spring into action.
