The Grindset Crucible
But the one who does not know and does things deserving
punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has
been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who
has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.

You probably haven't heard the word Grindset before.
No worries, because Grindset is a word I made up to describe the next step you're willing to take on your journey to greatness.
Your Grindset is defined by your character. It's having an alignment of your heart, mind, and body all moving toward that singular goal or achievement. It's also having supreme ownership of your previous trials and tribulations, all of your wins and all of your losses.
You can write down a goal, and you can probably chase it for a decent amount of time. But what happens when you forget why you started this journey in the first place? What happens when talent isn't enough to keep you moving forward?
You can picture this as someone climbing a mountain. The top of the mountain is a goal you write down and you're ready to chase. As you approach the base of the mountain to start your climb, you need to have a moment where you take accountability and responsibility for this climb you're about to undergo. You are at point A, and point B is a mountaintop away from you. Grindset is about taking supreme ownership of where you're at right now and what you're willing to go through to get to where you want to be.
