The best games always seem to go into overtime.

There's more pressure. More drama. And on the biggest stage at the biggest moments are when the best players rise to the top of their game.

Like heat‐seeking missiles, the best players always look for those opportunities. I want to be one of those players. I've worked my entire life to be one of those players.

You can't get there by taking the easy way. You must earn your way into those situations. You must overcome adversity and win when you face the crucibles of your own life.

While I was writing this book, my time with the Raiders came to an end. I've already told you how I felt, the uncertainty, the sense of letdown and disappointment, and wondering what the next chapter in my life would bring.
