In this chapter, I begin by describing several facilitative roles—facilitator, facilitative consultant, facilitative coach, facilitative leader, and facilitative trainer—and explain how to choose an appropriate one. Then there is a description of the core values that guide these facilitative roles. For the rest of the chapter, I explain how to perform these roles in a way that is consistent with the core values.
