What the tool is
Kim Cameron and Robert Quinn are regarded as the world’s experts on corporate culture and, as a result of extensive research, produced a diagnostic tool that helps to analyse and, ultimately, change corporate culture. A spin-off effect, not documented in their classic book (see the Reference section at the end of this tool) is that their model provides a wonderful tool for making career decisions. It is in that light that it is included here. If you are debating whether or not to apply to a particular organisation for a job, then this tool will help you to frame your findings so that you can test whether the organisation is for you.
