When you create your social media plan for your show, you need to first define your goals and objectives. Nothing can proceed until you have defined exactly where you want to end up. Then, you can create strategies and tactics to bring your goals to life. The tools you use should only be considered in the tactical phase of your planning.
After you define your goals and objectives, you can begin looking at your customers and potential customers. Are they active in social media? What tools do they use?
