16. Repurpose Your Content
If your team has done as much listening as they could during the show and you’ve done even just one or two content creation show activities, you’ve likely got a treasure trove of information just waiting to be repurposed and incorporated into your overall marketing and communication plan. You’ll also have information and feedback that will be valuable to other departments in your company. I love this process because it satisfies both your creative and analytical sides. You have to make sure you have a plan in place and that you divvy up the actual content creation work to the appropriate people. Otherwise, you will soon be overwhelmed and completely consumed by the task at hand.
