Interaction within the Organization
Adult and continuing education studies have concentrated upon teaching methods in respect of interaction within the organization, so that Legge (1971:83) produces some very familiar group interaction diagrams but does so in the context of the discussion method rather than the study of the group. It is perhaps natural that the practicalities of teaching and learning should precede other theoretical elements in the understanding of adult and continuing education.
