Your internal team members include an Enterprise Business Sponsor (EBS), project leads, stakeholders, sponsors, and a Global Project Lead if there is significant deployment planned in multiple locations.
2.1.1. Enterprise Business Sponsor
The EBS is generally appointed by a senior executive in the Information Technology (IT) organization. The EBS should represent your company’s goals, take ownership for software deployment throughout the enterprise, and commit to the following responsibilities:
