I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
9.2. Global deployment checklist
Experience has shown that a Global Project Lead (GPL) will have a difficult time focusing on multiple deployment sites all over the world. This is because certain sites will demand greater levels of attention at the expense of lesser sites that are perhaps not as problematic. A good example of this is a primary site where the majority of the software is being deployed. This site by nature absorbs much more of the project leader’s attention. To combat this issue, a list of key global activities is provided in the following section. Revisit this list periodically to ensure that all important work items are being done.
