This appendix will guide you through a simple agile project, providing you with sample project artifacts along the way. Keep in mind that it is impossible to provide you with a prescription to follow, because the documents you may need in your own project scenarios will vary greatly from organization to organization and are often based on personal preference. We felt it important to include this appendix to give you some ideas about what you should track, what the teams should track, as well as what to consider communicating to stakeholders.
