Introduction

Where chapter 5 dealt with taking over partial control of camera settings, this chapter is about taking complete control of the camera and manually fine-tuning its settings.

There are times when you want the exposure and focus to be fixed to a constant value. For example, suppose you want to take a panoramic shot the old-fashioned way without using the NEX-7’s Sweep Panorama feature (see chapter 8).
