Appendix . Epilogue: Two Views of a Company

I interviewed Pertti Korhonen on a beautiful spring day in 2006. The weather had just started turning warm—this is a relative term in Finland—and the afternoon was brilliantly sunlit. I was still thinking about the interview as I walked up to Nokia’s front desk and asked for a taxi. A young woman who reached the desk right after I did overheard my request and introduced herself as a Nokia employee. She asked if I would consider sharing the taxi, and I agreed.
