ANN SVENDSEN, a sociologist, has worked in the stakeholder relations field for over twenty years. During that time, she has helped a variety of businesses and government agencies forge stronger, more strategic, and profitable relationships with their customers, suppliers, employees, and community stakeholders.

Her clients include resource companies, utilities, regional and provincial governments, and financial institutions. Most recently, she worked with a financial institution to design and implement a highly successful relationship-building program with eight stakeholder communities.
