There are a number of aspects that need careful consideration prior to embarking on OPM framework. It is not just a case of one size fits all. When looking at the approach to take with regard to methodology, it is important to analyze and assess what is important to the business. It may be that the business values speed of delivery more than cost or reliability. In this case, the methodology selection needs to ensure that the path taken is the most appropriate one.
