INTRODUCTION TO THE OPM FRAMEWORK

3.1 INTRODUCTION

The organizational project management (OPM) framework describes the elements that are required to provide ongoing support. This section provides a description of the framework in terms of the core elements of methodology, knowledge management, and talent management. To enhance OPM to support the realization of an organization's strategy, a relevant governance framework is also critical for success. The critical elements of the OPM framework (Figure 3-1), are as follows:
