IMPLEMENTATION OF OPM
5.1 INTRODUCTION
In this standard, organizational project management (OPM) initiatives collectively include new implementations or improvements to existing OPM frameworks. These initiatives require a vision as well as agreed-upon strategies and plans to effectively achieve that vision and the strategic objectives of organizational transformation.
