Alex Hiam is the president of INSIGHTS for Training & Development, and is an enthusiastic teacher and student of business leadership—a subject he has addressed in his consulting, research, and writing for two decades. He began his work in leadership as an advisor to executives and boards in the ’80s, both as a consultant and as a member of the strategic planning staff for Fortune 100 firms. He currently provides training for executives, supervisors, and managers in a wide variety of organizations, including small and large companies and government agencies.
