The five scenarios presented in Chapter 4 are based on actual stay interviews conducted by managers at my client companies. As the managers probed deeply to solve completely, they drew out the information they needed to use to retain their employees. The actions they and the employee must take based on this information is called the stay plan. This chapter will show you how to build stay plans.
