People ask me all the time, “What is Steampunk?” Well, according the Oxford English Dictionary, Steampunk is defined as “a genre of science fiction that typically features steam-powered machinery, rather than advanced technology.” That is the answer you would write on a test in school, but I don’t think it really covers it.
