Managing change, making strategy work

Most strategy involves change. People will have to change something they are doing to make the strategy come to life. You need to be able to translate your strategy into actions, tasks and projects. You also need to communicate the logic and purpose of the strategy so that people get engaged with the work and are willing to help it succeed.
