Individual Targets Make the Difference

In my adolescent years, my football coach taught me a lesson about targets that I only understood later in life. I was one of the top scorers on the team, yet the coach benched me for several matches. He would rather accept defeat than let me play. Even worse, he wouldn’t tell me why he benched me.
