Strengths-focused performance appraisals

PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS are a very good starting point for incorporating a strengths focus into employee processes. Sometimes referred to as performance reviews, this is the process of having a one-to-one conversation to review what your team member has achieved, for example last year’s performance against previously agreed objectives and measures, and how they have achieved it.
