When coaching leaders, one of the most common complaints I hear is, “I’m too busy.”
That is not what they start out telling me. They initially say they want growth or they describe their vision. But there are obstacles. As we explore the obstacles something emerges that is taking up all their time and energy. It is preventing them from achieving their vision. It often steals their joy. Frequently it impacts their health or relationships.
