Now, with a shared understanding of your matrix map’s messages about the strength of your overall organizational business model, it is time to turn to a program-by-program strategic inquiry based on where on the map each of your programs lands. Your organization’s performance is the aggregate performance of your programs, so continued rigor and candor in these conversations is critical.
